Since I started doing yoga with you a few months back, I do feel that my core strength and flexibility has improved significantly. I am able to sit down on the floor for a long time without needing to get up ever so often. Especially in the Covid era where we are so home-bound, I look forward to our classes that is such a break in routine. Yoga is one thing that I am glad that I do for my well-being 😊 Thanks for being a great teacher🙏


For me yoga classes started in the form of exercise during the pandemic time. But soon, the time I was spending in the yoga class was calming, relaxing and rejuvenating. All the negativity going around at this time converts into positive during the class. When Krupa says in her calm voice to focus on the positive things and be thankful on the things we have, I feel very satisfied and calm from within me.

Overall, my experience is good, and I would continue practicing yoga during the stay at home time.
